Thank you for purchasing a Care Card in support of Family & Children’s Services.
Please follow the below instructions to shop during the Care Card event, Friday, Oct. 23 – Sunday, Nov. 1, 2020.
» Present this page and a valid photo ID to a participating Care Card merchant selling cards (merchants selling cards are noted with a heart).
» In exchange, the merchant will give you a physical card and shopping directory to use for the remainder of the Care Card shopping event.
» Please DO NOT share your Care Card with friends or family. Only funds raised from card sales benefits Family & Children’s Services’ life-changing programs.
» Please accept this redemption page as an online purchase receipt and exchange it for a physical Care Card and shopping directory.
» Complete the order form on the back of the shopping directory. Be sure to check “ONLINE” in the payment information section. No payment is needed.
» Place the form in the money envelope provided. F&CS will validate purchase after the Care Card shopping event.
